Another successful class helping new parents learn the essentials of birth including anatomy basics, stages of labor, coping techniques, how to avoid interventions, and more (like hip squeezes pictured here!). Taking a class outside of the hospital makes sure you’re informed with a holistic perspective on what to expect and how to best advocate for what you want so you can start parenthood 🌟 empowered 🌟. Resilient Birth Prep is back this July! A simple commitment that will leave you feeling like you are prepared for birth and the postpartum experience! Join @mamabirdhendry on July 16th for her amazing 2 hour breastfeeding and postpartum workshop and me on July 30 for a 2.5 hour deep dive into the stages of labor, comfort measures, basic anatomy of birth, and more! Both classes begin at 10am and are located @motherrisingcle in Chardon. Take one or combine them for a discount. Message me for more info!

Looking for a simple way to learn the essentials for your summer or early fall birth? I’ll be teaching a short overview class at @motherrisingcle on June 18 from 10-12:30. Take it alone or be EXTRA prepared by combining it with the amazing @mamabirdhendry Prepare Your Nest class about breastfeeding and postpartum healing on July 16.
