It’s easy to lose track of how much happens in one year when we are in the midst of living.
Recently, I’ve been making lists of my accomplishments for 2014 while setting intentions for the New Year, but looking through these pictures makes an entirely different impression. It has been quite a year!
Big birthdays. Family from near and far. Lots of nature time. Snow and flowers and snow again.
A new house! Leaving an old house. Connecting with this new, beautiful land.
Herbs!Herbs!Herbs!
New friends. New connections.
Some things to let go of. Some things gained.
A baby-to-toddler transition.
I’ve decided that my word for 2015 is courage. Courage to walk my path. Courage to let go of comparing myself with others and feeling that I fall short. Courage to step into my role as a teacher of herbs and the green path. Courage to reclaim motherhood as the most important job in the world. Courage to live my life authentically.
I hope that your 2014 has been full of good things, and that what was difficult is helping you to grow.
Best, best wishes for 2015!
xoxo
